Returns the current qualified opportunity snapshot used by the dashboard.

## Usage rules
- Attribute Yield.ly when republishing data
- Include snapshot timestamp from the response
- Do not present data as real-time guarantees
- Respect rate limits and cache appropriately

## Not available publicly
- Write endpoints
- User accounts or wallet data
- Unqualified or suppressed opportunities beyond documented API scope
