Public Invariants
The following invariants apply to the organic Service experience:
- Sponsors cannot purchase ranking positions.
- Sponsors cannot change qualification status.
- Affiliate rates cannot influence rankings.
- Partner status cannot affect risk labels.
- Compensation cannot change APY or TVL.
- Sponsored modules are separate from organic results.
- Every compensated link is disclosed.
- Yield.ly may reject a partner that fails verification requirements.
- Commercial metadata never enters ranking calculations.
- Official partnerships are not endorsements of financial suitability.
Partner Contract Requirements
Commercial partners must contractually acknowledge that:
- Partner accepts commercial independence policy without modification.
- Partner provides verified official destinations on approved hosts only.
- Partner agrees to labeled sponsor placements separate from organic rankings.
- Partner accepts disclosure requirements on every compensated link.
- Partner supplies conversion reporting through approved secure channels.
- Yield.ly retains kill-switch and rejection rights for compliance failures.
Placement and Presentation Rules
Sponsored modules live outside organic leaderboard rows. Exchange partner actions are labeled separately from protocol deposit actions. Every compensated link includes disclosure copy at or near the point of interaction. Redirect endpoints use approved-host allowlists and fail closed when a destination cannot be verified.
Placement slots are resolved after organic payload assembly. Commercial metadata is not an input to qualification, ranking, observed-risk scoring, or default indexing decisions.
No Endorsement
Official partnerships, sponsored placements, and affiliate relationships are commercial arrangements. They are not endorsements of financial suitability, safety, liquidity, or future performance. Users remain solely responsible for independent verification before acting.
Enforcement and Changes
Company may update this policy as product surfaces evolve. Material changes will be posted on the Service. Continued operation of commercial placements after an update constitutes implementation of the revised policy for new inventory unless otherwise stated in a partner agreement.
