1. Introduction
Thrive DeFi, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates Yield.ly at https://yield.ly. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit or use the Service.
We collect the minimum data required to operate the dashboard, measure aggregate product usage, deliver sponsor inventory reporting, protect redirect endpoints, and respond to lawful requests. We do not require account registration or wallet connection to use the core research experience.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide. If you subscribe to a newsletter, submit a data issue report, or contact us, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your email address and message content. Newsletter subscriptions require explicit consent and are handled separately from market-view state.
Automatically collected information. When you use the Service, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including:
- Device type, browser type, operating system, and language settings;
- Referring and exit pages, approximate geography derived from IP address, and timestamps;
- Pages viewed, features used, and aggregate interaction events;

What we do not collect by default. We do not collect wallet addresses, transaction hashes, or raw search queries in product analytics by default. We do not request private keys, seed phrases, or custody of digital assets.

- Measure aggregate usage, diagnose errors, and prevent abuse;

- Respond to inquiries, data issue reports, and legal requests;
- Send newsletters or product updates where you have opted in;
- Comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms of Service.

The Service is not directed to individuals under eighteen (18) years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
