Yield.ly uses normalized provider data with explicit attribution and refresh cadence. Source failures remain visible in freshness states rather than silently disappearing.

DefiLlama

Primary launch source for pool-level APY and TVL. Base URL: yields.llama.fi. Refresh cadence: 30 minutes. Attribution: DefiLlama documentation.

CoinGecko

Enrichment for token prices and metadata where approved mappings exist. Used to support reward composition and display fields, not as the sole yield authority.

De.Fi

Security evidence from the De.Fi Rekt Database for observed risk and incident context. Used for exploit and incident history, not for APY, TVL, or ranking. Refresh cadence: daily incremental sync. Attribution: De.Fi API documentation.

Update cadence

Scheduled ingestion and dashboard builds run on offset cron cadences documented in operations schedules. Freshness states reflect the latest successful provider observation.

Known limitations

• Provider-reported APY may include incentives not guaranteed to persist.
• Destination URLs require separate validation before outbound links activate.
• Token identity depends on approved chain and contract mappings.
