Methodology

Total APY shows base and reward components when the upstream source reports both. APR is labeled when provided. Unknown conventions are not converted. Base is protocol-native yield; reward is incentive emissions.

Yield Alpha estimates whether moving capital from a current position to an alternative earns more USD after labeled switching costs. Decisions are MOVE, STAY, or WATCH.

Qualification controls default discovery visibility. Opportunities must pass identity, lineage, freshness, liquidity, history, and related checks. Qualified does not mean safe, recommended, guaranteed, or suitable for a particular user.

Observed risk summarizes evidence across multiple dimensions. It is not a safety rating.

A page rendered five minutes ago does not mean the underlying source observation is five minutes old.

When an upstream provider fails, Yield.ly preserves the latest accepted valid dataset rather than replacing values with zeros or unverified data.

Sponsors cannot purchase qualification, risk treatment, APY, TVL, organic ranking, or chart position.

Affiliate relationships do not change qualification, observed risk, APY, TVL, or organic ranking.
